Mad About Cats Box by Lisa Parker

Feline Lore and Literary Whimsy

Invite an air of curious sophistication, cosy literary charm, and whimsical feline aristocracy into your living space. Drawing directly from the enchanting imagination of celebrated artist Lisa Parker and her iconic Mad About Cats universe, this ginger cat figurine captures the serene confidence of a household sovereign who treats every bookshelf as a throne. With emerald-hued eyes catching the light, a crisp white chest blaze, and a rich ginger coat styled with meticulous detail, this regal companion sits in quiet judgment over your reading nook, study, or mantelpiece.

Architectural & Sculptural Craftsmanship

Beneath the royal sitter lies a masterclass in miniature storytelling. The cat is comfortably enthroned upon a plush, tasselled crimson-and-gold cushion that doubles as a discreet lift-off lid. Lift the cushion to unveil a hidden sanctum—a practical, neatly proportioned interior compartment carved to safeguard your most cherished keepsakes, pocket treasures, rings, folded notes, or talismanic trinkets.

Flanking the octagonal base are faux architectural library book spines and framed portrait medallions celebrating feline lineages past and present, marrying Victorian aesthetic depth with playful domestic fantasy. Heavyweight resin casting ensures a tactile, stone-like substance that resists tipping, while hand-painted highlights bring out the tactile velvet fold of the cushion, the grain of the dark wood-effect cabinetry, and the individual gemstone accents set into the mini-library facade.

A Tribute to Connoisseurs of Quirky Home Styling

Whether styling a gothic-eclectic library, a cosy bookworm’s alcove, or a vibrant cat-lover’s sanctuary, this piece bridges sculptural art and functional utility. It eliminates clutter on bedside tables or dressing desks by housing small valuables inside a conversation-starter object. Presented in official Nemesis Now Lisa Parker branded packaging, it arrives ready to delight birthday recipients, milestone celebrants, or fellow bibliophiles who believe books and cats are life’s mandatory duo.
